Wine Seminar – Foundations of Wine Tasting

Explore the foundations of wine tasting with our sommelière Corinna Schilling. Learn through an aroma test who one tastse and describes wine professionally. What does the label tell me and what is behind the various appellations prescribed by the wine laws.

The wine seminars are held from 3.30 until 6 pm in the Ihringen wine-growing collective. The minimum number of participants is 6. The cost per person is 12 Euros incl. documentation, wine, water and bread.
